Terms of Service

1. Services Offered

All For One Peace LLC provides the following services:

• Web design and digital solutions
• Credit coaching, financial literacy coaching, and credit education
• Tax preparation for individuals and small businesses
• Business coaching — individual and group
• Speaking and training engagements
• Housing navigation assistance (bridge service pending H.I.T. housing launch)
• H.I.T. Housing Initiative Trust waitlist registration

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Current pricing is available on our website and is confirmed at the time of purchase or consult.

2. Payments and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Recurring monthly services are billed on the same date each month and continue until canceled
• Bundle pricing requires a free consultation prior to invoicing — no bundle discount is applied without prior consult confirmation
• Web Design Premium projects require a $500 non-refundable deposit deducted from the $1,500 minimum flat rate, plus a signed contract before work begins
• We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. All For One Peace LLC does not offer refunds on any services with the following single exception:

All other services — including but not limited to web design, tax preparation, coaching sessions, speaking engagements, logo and brand kit, and all other credit services — are non-refundable once purchased or once work has begun.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Financial Literacy Coaching — Done For You Monthly ($130/month): A minimum 30-day enrollment period is required before cancellation. After 30 days, the monthly plan may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial month refunds
• All other monthly recurring services: Non-cancelable and non-refundable except as otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase
• Coaching session packages: Do not expire but are non-transferable
• Speaking bookings: Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit 100% of the booking fee. Cancellations 8–14 days prior forfeit 50%
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to connect@allforonepeace.com

5. Scope of Services

All For One Peace LLC provides coaching, consulting, preparation, and navigation services. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed financial advisor. Our services do not constitute legal, accounting, or licensed financial advice. Clients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for advice specific to their legal, tax, or financial situation.

Credit education and financial literacy coaching services educate clients on credit systems and how to address inaccuracies on their reports. We do not guarantee specific credit score outcomes or approval for credit products.

Tax preparation services are provided by trained preparers. We do not guarantee specific tax outcomes or refund amounts. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all services
• Respond to requests for information or documents in a timely manner
• Review all deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed revision window
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methods, frameworks, or tools shared during coaching
• Attend scheduled appointments on time or provide 24+ hours notice to reschedule

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, curricula, methodologies, and materials created by All For One Peace LLC — including but not limited to the Hidden Essentials™ ecosystem, HEIL™ Institute model, H.I.T.™ Housing Initiative Trust framework, and Baobab Loop™ business model — are proprietary intellectual property of All For One Peace LLC and its affiliated entities.

Custom website designs and brand materials delivered to clients become the client's property upon full payment. Underlying frameworks, templates, and code libraries remain the property of All For One Peace LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not share your personal, financial, or business information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary tools, methods, pricing structures, or business information shared during service delivery.

9. Housing Waitlist

Registration on the H.I.T. Housing Initiative Trust waitlist does not guarantee housing placement. Waitlist registration is free and does not create a contractual obligation on behalf of All For One Peace LLC or the Housing Initiative Trust. Placement is subject to availability, eligibility, and program requirements at the time housing becomes available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All For One Peace LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before any legal action is taken. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
